85%. You must produce $106,667, of which you get 106,667 and Broker Dealer gets
$16,000. Anything above this and you get 90%.
In the 3rd year, for the first $133,333 in gross commissions, you get 85%. You
must produce $133,333, of which you get 113,333 and Broker Dealer gets $20,000.
Anything above this and you get 90%.

In a successful relationship between a broker dealer and its registered
representatives, the broker dealer and the registered representative work
together as a team to remain in compliance with all NASD and SEC rules and
